This week I have experienced the absolute WORST customer service. Our trash pick up was supposed to be on Thursday 12/4. We witnessed the trash collectors remove the trash bags from our neighbor's trash can, place it in our trash can and leave without emptying our trash can. My fiancé called their office Thursday morning and was told that someone would be out to pick up the trash. Friday, he called again. Monday, the trash was still there. I called their office on Monday and was told that the trash would be removed by the end of the day. Tuesday the trash was still there. I called AGAIN Tuesday morning, and was again assured that our trash would be removed by the end of the day. At 4:50pm Tuesday, the trash was still not removed. I called AGAIN Tuesday at 4:55 pm. I spoke with a representative and a manager and was again assured that our trash would be removed on Wednesday. It is now after 10 am on Wednesday and our trash still has NOT been picked up. I was also told that I could not get a week's credit for a service that was paid for and NOT RECEIVED. Not only, not received, but our trash can is over filled with our neighbor's smelly Thanksgiving trash and I have bags of trash sitting in my house because I cannot put them in my trash can. How can they charge for a service and not only NOT provide it, but repeatedly IGNORE your customer complaints?
